Waldorf Astoria in partnership with The Ability Group have created a new 5-star luxury hotel within the grounds of the Duke of Northumberland's 200 acre Syon Park estate.
February have been involved from the inception of the project creating a brand and marketing materials in keeping with the history of the Waldorf Astoria brand.
This work has included advertising (online and print), gift packs, pre-launch materials for VIP guests, all photography, brochures, menus, videos and the hotel website.

Notting Hill Housing Association and February London work closely to develop effective and vibrant designs for developments in and around London. Notting Hill work primarily in providing afforadable homes for those struggling to get on the property ladder.
February London provide design for all marketing materials required to sell the apartments effectively. This includes press ads, marketing brochures, billboards, websites and handouts.

February was selected as guest designers of Next Level magazine, a leading contemporary resource for photographic art.
An indictment of February’s success with the first issue was having Next Level break from their previous model of commissioning new guest designers every year to take on February as permanent art directors/designers.

February London have developed a strong working relationship with London based property developer Ipsus. From the inception of Ipsus, February have worked along side the client producing all marketing and sales material for their three existing developments as well as their corporate collateral.
This has included print and online advertising, hoardings, art-directed photography, brochures, floor plans, location filming, flyers, banners and all websites.

February London have worked on a supporting document for their current expansion plans displaying the economic significance of the airport to East London in a clear and concise style.

February have worked with Natwest, producing a variety of both internal and external communcations. February designed and directed covers for all of NatWest's in-branch literature.
February also designed Protection Sense, an informational insert sent out with the NatWestcustomer magazine, as well as the NatWest Business Banking and Private Banking literature covers.

February were commissioned by artists John Nassari and Ania Dabrowska, with support from the Arts Council, to design the publication for their photographic exhibition 'Into The Open', held at the Four Corners Gallery in Bethnal Green.
'Into The Open' attempts to challenge given perceptions of immigration and identity politics, examining the personal narratives and individual stories of migrants and refugees.

Following on from their success in designing the public consultation exhibition for the launch of Tottenham's plans to build a new stadium at White Hart Lane, February were charged with designing the resulting planning application submission made to the council.
February created a set of 28 embossed paper-over-board folders of varying sizes with a colour-coded label system for ease of reference.

The Peabody Group is one of the largest and oldest housing associations in London, owning and managing more than 19, 000 homes whilst also providing a range of community programmes for residents and their neighbourhoods.
To commemorate their 150th year February were commissioned to produce a suite of materials highlighting the Peabody's rich heritage as well as their vision for the future.

Following the redevelopment of Wembley Stadium, there are now exciting plans being finalised to regenerate the wider area. The London Communications Agency selected February London, who have vast experience within the regeneration sector to produce marketing and exhibition materials explaining the future plans of the location to local residents and businesses.

The London Wholesale Markets (Billingsgate, Borough, New Covent Garden, New Spitalfields, Smithfield and Western International) commissioned a brochure to promote the launch of London Markets Month. Entitled 'A Guide to the London Wholesale Markets', it is designed to help educate the public on the role of the London Wholesale Markets in everyday London life.
