Following on from their success in designing the public consultation exhibition for the launch of Tottenham's plans to build a new stadium at White Hart Lane, February were charged with designing the resulting planning application submission made to the council.

February created a set of 28 embossed paper-over-board folders of varying sizes with a colour-coded label system for ease of reference. In addition, an electronic USB version of the application was created with a navigable menu system which was sent out to key stakeholders and consultants.
